A little about me

Before real estate, I spent 20 years in IT, working in European banks - developing, supporting and fixing systems.

​

My own property journey started in my 20s, when I bought my first little bachelorette pad - back when researching property meant newspaper classifieds, bank visits and a lot of doing the maths myself.

​

Since then, I've bought, upgraded, sold, bought again and even rented when getting my child into a particular primary school became a priority. 

​

Those experiences taught me that property decisions are rarely just about the property. They're about where you are in life, what matters to you, and what you're trying to achieve.

Today, I bring the experiences from my property journey and banking IT years into real estate: understand the requirements, analyse the information, look at the numbers, explore the options, consider the risks and help clients make informed decisions.

I serve clients across Singapore, with a particular focus on Yishun and Northern Singapore. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, selling, investing or looking at commercial property, I believe good property decisions start with having the right information. My role is to help you weigh your options and make informed property decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
